Would you say she's treated me with respect up to now or not at all?

I think she is a classic example of a Self centered women who totally lacks any empathy towards others. She sounds inconsiderate and most likely is a player. She is taking advantage of the fact that you have feeling towards her. Without sounding harsh she sounds like manipulative cold hearted *****. You seem like a genuine person with a good heart. My advice is discontinue any contact you have with her. If you continue to keep in contact she will continue to lie to you and treat you like dirt. She isn't relationship material.
