For medical specialists pls: Could you provide a clear diagnosis for my sister's case?

Is she better or getting worse now? As someone else said, does she have a temp? She's seen a lot of specialists and I'm sure she's done lots of lab work. I wonder what bacteria showed in her urine culture, assuming one was done. Unfortunately you don't have enough details.
