HDC when should i hear from them?

A friend of mine got a 5 month sentence, he was given the dates 1st august for release & 25th june for HDC release which is in 3 weeks time but i haven't had any calls yet for a home inspection, Does anyone know when i should hear from them? & if its likely he will be released on that date as i haven't heard ????
