How do you get video files from Panasonic HDC-SD9P onto a mac. when I go into the ejectable disk that pops up?

there are no video files in there. I have video on the camera. The only thing close to the video files I see is something .clp or .cpl can't remember? i even tried importing into imovie and it only imports the few pictures on there. The rest keeps saying unusable files.
