Comcast DVR Folders not Working?

Comcast recently updated to the i-Guide in my area and I was going through the options, one of which is to organize series into folders. I turn it on, but the shows remain seperate. Turning the box off doesn't change anything. Is there a way to make it work? If it changes anything, I have a Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8300 HDC.
