Which camcorder do you recommend? (Panasonic)?

I'm stuck between. HDC-TM 300, 350, 700 and HDC-HS 300, 350. i personally think the HDC-HS 300 is the best but i want other opinions, please give facts supporting your opinion, not just what you like.
