What Video Camera Should I Get?

First i had the flip, but i wanted to have better quality so i got the panasonic hdc-tm10. It's ok but i still want better quality, especially for low light videos. Money isn't really an issue i've saved up 2000 dollars. My video's are parodys and skits. I want to be able to manually fucus the videos. IT NEEDS TO BE VERY GOOD IN LOW LIGHT!!! I use Final Cut Pro
