Should I see a witch doctor or shaman regarding healing?

I have been to many specialist regarding my pelvic pain I have been having for the past 4 months. All my test reuslts come back normal. I am still in pain even after perscribed pain relief medications, Ive been ted by friends to see a "witch doctor' , "shaman" for magical healing because they believe I have been "cursed"by an "evil eye". I am not superstitious, but my family and friends are believers because they have been healed by this "witchdoctor" which modern medicine can not explain.
