My TV doesn't turn on after every blackout or when i unplug it from the electricity?

i know it has nothing to do with any thing major i know it has like some kind of build it surge protector lock thing because everytime i dcd it i can't turn it back on on the moment i have to wait some hours sometimes days or even weeks for it to be able to turn back on but i just wan2 know if their any quicker solutions that i can use so i can turn it back on in the spot and by that i mean like a reset button or some combination buttons i have to pick or something...my TV is a Westinghouse LTV-32w4 HDC Type No. SLT32D idk if that info can help but that's my TV :)
