I'm Contagious could I have gotten him sick...help!?

Okay so I have been having a pain in my neck so I finally went to the doctor. They did a strep test and the checked my white count in my blood. My white count was high and the strep test came back negitive in the doctors office. They finnally sent me to a specialist and found that I have an infected gland in my neck. So I was like oh okay I'll just take this medicine and I'll be fine and I can't get anyone sick right? So my boyfriend asks me to go out and yeah we kissed and yeah. So this morning the doctors office called and said I have strep and it's contagious don't swap swit don't drink after anyone. Well the problem with that is I already did. So what I'm really asking is how likely do you think it is that i gave it to him?
