Does anyone have any advice on guys like this?

Oh boy....sounds like he does still like you. Some guys have a funny "round a bout", or "sacastic" way of showing it. Some guys just don't know how to be completely honest and then possibly risk rejection. If I were you, I would come out and just say "you know, with you continuously being around where I am, or seemingly TRYING to be around me, start up conversations around me, be unkind to me, etc. etc., most people wouldn't find it hard to put two and two together here, and say that it's quite obvious that you want to be around me. If he replies with sarcasm and denies, then say "then please go live your life and stop acting like you hate me. There is a fine line between love and hate sadly, and this might be one of those cases. Be the better person, and BE HONEST, even if you are risking rejection, of which you wouldn't care about anyway, from what you said. Pride gets in the way of honesty and there's so much time wasted on B.S.! Just say "whatever" otherwise, and move on. Good luck!
