Cheap diagnostic scanner?

hi, does anyone know of a fault diagnostic scanner for a 1998 landrover freelander xei , ive got the tc abs and hdc lights on, on my car and the abs module vibrates rapidy and then battery goes flat very quickly, so don,t know what to do to fix it,.

Is it possible to shoot in HA1920 mode but convert the HA output to HG or HX on a PC? How?

With my Panasonic HDC-SD60 I usually need to shoot differing qualities. Ideally I'd like HA for my own use and so I can get the best possible conversion to MPEG-2, but a lower HD quality to load to YouTube. Is it possible to have the best of both worlds and set my camcorder for HA1920 output but run this output through a program which outputs HG, HX, or HE? How?

Why does my cat have itchy ears with no presence of ear mites.?

My family has 4 cats that remain indoors, around spring time in upstate NY one of the cats started shaking his head and scratching his ears to the point of bleeding. The other cats seemed asymptomatic. We have done everything for this cat, multiple ear treatments, allergy medication, blood work, etc everything has come back negative for ear mites etc. We have gone to cat specialist after cat specialist, dermatologists and everyone is baffled. He was doing well for awhile but was having difficulty putting weight back on but the scratching seemed to stop. Recently it started once again. Does anyone have any advice for us or any experience with this? Thanks.

Why would she act like this? Driving me CRAZY!!?

I have a uncle who has a girlfriend ten years older than i am. We used to talk and hang out alot when I moved in with them. We both got into some trouble with flirting long time ago and uncle was pissed. (2 years ago) We all apologized and made amends with each other. Everything was back to normal until I stopped contact with her and she kinda ignore me a little. I will text her and she only reply back with a short messages and sometimes fast. We cut all of the flirting long time ago but she still seems to flirt ( when my uncle is around she don't know me but when he is not around she chat and come around) I think she is bipolar maybe this is why she acts like this...idk. I asked her was she bipolar and she didnt answer. Today I found out she is pregnant by my uncle and I congratulate her and still no text. Does she hates me or what? If she does do you think i should completely ignore her like she don't exist???

They might have been being mean. Young immature people are just that way sometimes. What you should do is just wave and smile a big fake smile. That way, you aren't being rude or put down either way. Don't say anything, just show them you acknowledge them. You never know, they might be trying to be nice. You could end up making friends with some of them. Just be careful and don't get involved in anything bad.
